• Initiated a SHOP.COM familiarisation programme with VIP media – a series of 1-2-1 visits to bring the shopping experience to life

• Authority building activity initiated, such as setting up partnerships with renowned shopping gurus and offering SHOP.COM spokespeople to media for informed industry / sector comment

• User sessions up 204.4% year-on-year from October 2007-2008
• SHOP.COM reported a significant increase in sales from July to August 2008, up 100% from the same time last year
